Tea Colour: Light yellow with a clear and transparent appearance.
Tea Leaves: Granular in shape, unfurling into complete leaves, exuding a natural fragrance of honey.
Aroma: Fresh and delicate honey aroma.
Flavour: Smooth and silky with a sweet honey flavor.
Aftertaste: Long-lasting, with a comfortable honey fragrance.
Origin: Taiwan.
Benefits: Helps burn fat, lowers blood pressure, and provides antioxidant properties.
Weight: 75 grams
Storage: Store in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place. Avoid prolonged exposure to air, direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors.
Brewing Method:
Step 1 - Teaware Preheat
Preheat the glass vessel and tea cup by rinsing them with hot water.
Step 2 - Add Tea
Place 3-5 grams of tea leaves in the vessel.
Step 3 - Tea Rinsing (Optional)
Pour hot water along the edge of the vessel and immediately pour out the tea liquid. This step is for rinsing the tea leaves and can be discarded before the actual brewing.
Step 4 - Steep the Tea
Pour 150 milliliters of 80°C hot water into the center of the teapot. Let it steep for 20-30 seconds and then pour the tea liquid into the tea cup.
For subsequent infusions, you can increase the steeping time by an additional 10 seconds.
If the tea leaves start to unfurl, you can pour hot water clockwise onto the leaves.
