Jasmine Mojito

Jasmine Tea 5 g

White Rum 40 ml

Lime Juice 20 ml

Lime 1/3

Lemon 1 slice

Mint 5 - 10 leaves

Sugar 2 tbs

Ice cubes

Highball glass 400 ml

 

  1. Put Jasmine tea leaves into the tea pot and pour 150ml hot water in it for 1 minute.
  2. Mix Lime Juice, Mint Leaves, Sugar, White Rum in the glass
  3. Add Ice Cubes, Jasmine Tea into the glass
  4. Stir them well.
  5. Add a slice of lemon and mint leaves as decoration.

 

Chill out with a glass of Mojito at home this weekend. Refresh your heart and mouth with a glass of happiness.

Earl Grey Cookies

Cake Flour 200 g

Unsalted Butter 130g

Sugar Powder 50 g

Corn Starch 50g

Earl Grey ‘s Earl Grey Powder 8g

Egg Yolk 1

Vanilla Extract 1/3 Teaspoon

Serving sizes: 20 ~ 25 cookies

 

  1. Mix unsalted butter, sugar powder, egg yolk until the texture becomes soft.
  2. Beat in the vanilla oil into the mixture of cake flour, corn starch and Earl Grey powder.
  3. Roll the butter dough with some plastic wraps and put it into the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Grease cookie sheets. Bake the dough into the oven to 180 degrees C for 10 - 12 minutes.

 

Earl Grey Cookies give a crispy texture with long-lasting aroma after tasting. Pretty good for your perfect afternoon tea.

 

Summer Delight Mocktail

Peach Oolong 5 g

Apple Juice 20 ml

Ice Cubes

Lemon slice 1

Mint Leaves 3 ~ 5

Brown Sugar 1 tbs

Highball Glass 400 ml

 

  1. Put Peach Oolong leaves into the tea pot and pour 200ml hot water in it for 1 ~2 minutes.
  2. Stir the apple juice and brown sugar well in the glass.
  3. Add ice cubes, peach oolong tea (after filled) into the glass,then stir them well.
  4. Add a slice of lemon、apple slices as décor.

 

All sweety flavour comes in the glass of Mocktail. Cannot go wrong with the combination of  Peach oolong and Apple juice.

Bailey’s Earl Grey

Earl Grey 5 g

Bailey’s Irish Cream 50 ml

Ice Cubes

Prism Rocks Glass 300 ml

 

  1. Put Earl Grey tea leaves into the tea pot and pour 200 ml water in it for 3 minutes.
  2. Drop the tea extract into the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Add ice cubes, earl grey tea into the glass. Then stir them well.
  4. Add in 50 ml Bailey’s cream. Enjoy!

 

It gives a silky texture when Bailey’s combines with Earl Grey. It is a favorite alcoholic option for ladies who love Bailey’s.

Earl Grey Pudding

Tea Powder 25 -30g

Gelatin 8 g

Sugar 30 g

Whipped Cream 100 ml

Milk/Oat milk 300 ml

Condensed milk 5 g

 

  1. Put milk and cream into a pot and heat it warm.
  2. Add in sugar until it dissolved. Pour tea powder and turn the heat off. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Drop gelatin into the pot and stir it well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the container. Freeze it for 3-4 minutes. 

 

The pudding gives a spongy texture. You can simply add some chocolate flakes on top of it if you want! Enjoy!

Chrysanthemum Goji Berry Tea

Chrysanthemum: 8 ~ 10 pcs

Goji Berries: 5 ~ 6 pcs

Hot Water: 400 ml

Teapot

 

  1. Placed Chrysanthemum and Goji Berry into the Teapot.
  2. Hot brew for around 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Optionally can add 2 pieces of Jujube.

 

Serve with a cup of Chrysanthemum Goji Berry Tea can warm up the body and mind. It has the sweet honey-like aroma, and the sweet taste of Goji Berry. The drink helps clear liver-heat, improve eyesight, and relieve eye fatigue

Earl Grey Hot Cocoa

Earl Grey 5 g

Milk 100ml

Hot water 300 ml

Cocoa Powder 1 tsp

Brown Sugar 1 tsp

 

  1. Wash the tea sachet for 3 seconds. And pour the water away
  2. Pour 300 ml hot water for tea brewing for 5-6 minutes
  3. Heat the milk up and pour the cocoa water into the milk.
  4. Combine the tea and milk. Add it sugar and stir them well. Done.
  5. Add some marshmallow as decoration.

Iced Matcha Latte

Jap. Matcha Powder 4 g | around 2 teaspoon

Hot Water 150 ml

Milk 200 ml

Glass container 400 ml

Brown Sugar 1 tsp

Ice Cubes

 

  1. Gently place Matcha Powder into a tea bowl, pour 150 ml of hot water, then whisk it until bubbles appear. 
  2. Add brown sugar into Matcha Powder, then stir it. 
  3. Place ice and 200 ml of milk into the glass container.  
  4. Place Matcha into the glass container. 
  5. Stir well before drinking. 

 

Rich Matcha aroma upon sipping the Latte, a taste of sweetness with a smoothing texture.
