Return Policy

If you find the product(s) is inconsistent with the ordered type and quantity or are damaged when receiving the product(s), please contact the company's customer service department immediately to arrange a replacement of the product.

We will accept returns if the following conditions are met:

  1. The product(s) have obvious and serious damage or quality problems
  2. Damaged during transportation

Return process

If you find the product(s) is inconsistent with the ordered type and quantity or are damaged when receiving the product(s), please contact our customer service within 2 days after receiving the product(s). The product(s) must remain unopened, and the company can arrange a return. Return will not be accepted for opened product(s). Customers can request a refund within 2 days after receiving the product(s). Customers do not need to pay for shipping fee when returning product(s). Please follow the steps below:

  2. The content of the email should include: (Order number, Reason for Return, Order quantity, Images)
  3. The customer service will provide a return address.
  4. Customers are recommended to send the returned product(s) via SF Express. Please select "freight Collect" for the freight.
  5. After we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will arrange the fund as soon as possible and return it to the credit card account you used to purchase.
