Earl Grey Powder 8g

Cake Flour 200g

Unsalted Butter 130g

Sugar Powder 50g

Corn Starch 50g

Egg Yolk 1

Vanilla Extract 1/3 Teaspoon

  1. Mix unsalted butter, sugar powder, egg yolk until the texture becomes soft.
