🍵 Brewing Method 🍵


Hot-Brewed

Water temperature: 85 ~ 90°c

Brewing Time: 30 ~ 60 seconds

Brewing Ratio: 3 ~ 5 grams per brew with 110 ~ 150 cc of water

 

Cold-Brewed
Add warm water to brew for 1 hour, then fridge it for 8hrs or more.

Brewing Time: 8 hours or above

Brewing Ratio: 5 grams per brew with 500 cc of water



Note: Green tea is cold by nature, try to avoid drinking on an empty stomach and at night. 
People with cold constitution should also beware the amount of tea consumption to avoid physical discomfort.
